The festive season is upon us, a time of giving, love, and generosity. The streets and windows are decorated, Christmas music can be heard on every street corner, and the delicious aromas of gingerbread and roasted almonds are omnipresent.
But the downside of this time of the year is that many children are left empty-handed and do not find any presents under a Christmas tree.
These children have no Christmas, no Santa Claus. There are many different reasons for their situations, ranging from children living in a shelter as protection from domestic violence to orphans.
Touched by the plight of these children, the FAFNIR team decided to collaborate in a special effort that would have a positive impact on the lives of those who might otherwise be forgotten at Christmas.
Thanks to a fundraising campaign conducted within the company, 40 children can now look forward to receiving presents for Christmas.
