The EHEDG is a network consisting of approximately 600 international experts from various fields such as the food industry, machine and plant construction as well as scientists and government agencies.
The EHEDG developed guidelines and instructions for the production of safe food and related products for all aspects of hygienic design and production of equipment and machinery. For the practical verification of equipment and apparatus, the EHEDG has developed several test methods by which sensors, devices and systems are tested and certified. With membership of the EHEDG emphasizes the FAFNIR a high standard of the quality of its products.
