FAFNIR participation in the General Meeting of the Bundesverband Behälterschutz e.V. (German Federation for Container Safety) and the Gütergemeinschaft Tankschutz e.V. (Association for Quality Control of Tank Safety)

On 26 and 27 May 2010, FAFNIR participated actively in the General Meeting of the Bundesverband Behälterschutz e.V. and the Gütergemeinschaft Tankschutz e.V. Mr Lars Weidemeyer (FAFNIR Sales Director), Mr Thomas Schneider (FAFNIR Technical Coordinator) and Mr Rudolf Schlieker (FAFNIR Sales Manager) were in attendance and presented a range of FAFNIR products, including VISY-Stick Flex, VISY-Command GUI, VISY Wireless, SEPARIX and SMS-Box. Mr Thomas Schneider gave a talk on the VISY-X system and environmental sensors which was very well received by his listeners. It was the occasion of many follow-up discussions at the FAFNIR exhibition stand. Encouraged by the large number of participants (totalling about 170) and the very positive feedback, the organisers have decided to continue to pursue this workshop approach in 2011.

In the view of FAFNIR, the event was a successful and well organized industry meeting featuring valuable information

FAFNIR Partner-Meeting 2009

At the beginning of November 2009, the FAFNIR Partner-Meeting took place in Hamburg. FAFNIR invited its worldwide partners from more than 15 countries. Within 3 days FAFNIR reported about the latest products and developments as well as about upcoming trends. More than 40 partners attended the very informative meeting.
